• Delivery Time (UAE):
Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.
• International Shipping:
Currently, we offer shipping within the UAE. International shipping will be available soon.
• Shipping Fees:

• Standard delivery charges will be calculated at checkout
Refund & Exchange Policy
At Veloura, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
• Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order
• Items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition and packaging
• With all tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or altered abayas
• Items purchased during final sale or promotions
• Worn, damaged, or washed items
Refunds
• Refunds are only issued in case of:
• Defective items
• Incorrect item received
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method
Exchanges
• Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defects (subject to availability)
• Customers are responsible for delivery fees for exchanges unless the item is faulty
